Always big on entrepreneurial ideas, Dina has masterminded several successful concepts. A consistent go-getter, she graduated from Bradley University in just 3 ½ years with a BA, started a career in graphic design just two days later, and has been fast moving ever since.

In 2003 she used her vision to found the popular children's entertainment company, Noah’s Ark Animal Workshop, inaugurating the traveling make your own stuffed animal workshop, and creating a force of independent representatives throughout the US and Canada. Her three small children were the inspiration behind the company’s direct-sales business model. She wanted to give women the ability to run their own home based, family friendly business, that their kid’s could be a part of.

Passion for travel and adventure took her on a European family vacation during the summer of 2008, and it was there that she was introduced to the idea of the modern charm bracelet. As she toured Italy, falling in love with the old world charm, she was looking for a way to bring it home. Inspired by the beauty of the murano glass and the custom charm jewelry, she selected a treasured collection to share.

Her intrigue for the concept and natural entrepreneurial spirit soon brought forth the launch of Bellabeads 925, Inc. As she well knows, a flexible work schedule is necessary for any working mother, so when developing the company, she knew from the start that the beautiful artesian jewelry would only be sold through a trained Charm Consultant, giving women a stylish business that is profitable and flexible. Dina believes that by providing women with the opportunity to a run a business on her terms, she can live the life she chooses, with the income she deserves, and the style she loves!
